new/old customer intro releases, acceptance test for customer specific systems, wire diagram / schematic releases, flight test and system design for the Door Heat System and the Electrical/Electronic cooling system and IFE (In Flight Entertainment) cooling system.  Recognized for my part in the significant cost and quality contributions to the U.S.A.F, Italian Tanker program and the Flight Deck Security program (which concluded in a recognition award). Created and initiated test procedure documents and sketches for the 767, 777, 747 family of aircraft, resulting in saving engineering hours. Group Safety focal.

Manage to R&D department and oversee new concept electronic/electrical designs for new product development in the R&D lab, responsible for the acceptance test of customer specific systems,layout new designs, test, and prototype design and implement $15.000 in new cost cutting methods. Troubleshoot and repair developmental and production equipment.  Maintain test equipment and
overall quality of the lab.  Train personnel on up-grades to ensure engineering in accordance with core team standards.

 

  • Ultrasound Test Engineer/Technician                        
    Siemens Medical,  

Test analyzed hardware/software/mechanical operations of ultrasound machines, circuit analysis, interface with Engineering, interacting as Test Engineer, and creates new documents for software/hardware upgrades for new technology under title 21 chapter 1 subchapter H part 820. Training new personnel on three different types of ultrasound equipment and how to repair and QC them. Created $150,000 cost savings in customer repairs and in new systems. This was accomplished by heading off design issues with hardware/software teams before release.
Accomplishments include Ultrasound repair certification.
