Second Act Partners Short
term Contract through Agency: Volt Engineering
Responsible for supporting production and test equipment for the testing third
class medical devise (Transducers). Using Hydrophone tanks, Ultrasound meters and Impedance/Gain-Phase analyzer to evaluate
transducer output. Also support engineering by troubleshooting hardware and software issues from concept through release.
- R & D Engineering Technician 3 (Neo/Gemini systems)
Philips Medical Systems, Short term Contract through Agency: Adecco
Using
DMMs, O-scopes, Spectrum Analyzers and other test equipment to reconfigure software (Windows XP Pro) / hardware test / troubleshoot
software/hardware issues, configuring systems to current test configuration. Interface with hardware and software Engineering
to resolve software and hardware issues.
- Technical Product Designer (767-200-300-400)

Commercial Airplane Group (Environmental Control Systems)
new/old customer intro releases, acceptance test for customer specific systems, wire diagram / schematic releases, flight
test and system design for the Door Heat System and the Electrical/Electronic cooling system and IFE (In Flight Entertainment)
cooling system. Recognized for my part in the significant cost and quality contributions to the U.S.A.F, Italian Tanker
program and the Flight Deck Security program (which concluded in a recognition award). Created and initiated test procedure
documents and sketches for the 767, 777, 747 family of aircraft, resulting in saving engineering hours. Group Safety focal.
- Engineering Specialist (R&D Engineer)
Lucks
Food Equipment
Manage to R&D department and oversee new concept electronic/electrical designs
for new product development in the R&D lab, responsible for the acceptance test of customer specific systems, layout new
designs, test, and prototype design and implement $15.000 in new cost cutting methods. Troubleshoot and repair developmental
and production equipment. Maintain test equipment and
overall quality of the lab. Train personnel on up-grades
to ensure engineering in accordance with core team standards.
- Ultrasound Test Engineer/Technician
Siemens Medical,
Test analyzed hardware/software/mechanical operations of ultrasound machines,
circuit analysis, interface with Engineering, interacting as Test Engineer, and creates new documents for software/hardware
upgrades for new technology under title 21 chapter 1 subchapter H part 820. Training new personnel on three different types
of ultrasound equipment and how to repair and QC them. Created $150,000 cost savings in customer repairs and in new systems.
This was accomplished by heading off design issues with hardware/software teams before release.
Accomplishments include
Ultrasound repair certification.
